Hi Jason,
Could you send a patch instead (diff -u) of the file as it makes very difficult for me
to see what you have modified and applying it is difficult.
Also, I'm suprised the change you made was in the Maven plugin. Actually the set up of
containers and their config files is done by the Cactus Ant integration, in the Cactus
project (and not in the Maven project).

Description:
Plugin doesn't create/specify war directory correctly for resin causing it to fail
because it can't start-up resin correctly becasue resin can't find any war. Should
create a root directory for resin which contains a webapp directory.
