I'm not sure if this is how contributions are made to Maven. If this is
not the proper avenue please enlighten me regarding the proper method.
After searching for the <connection> entity format for StarTeam for a
while, I found it and I'd like to add a paragraph to the docs for the
project descriptor. Below is a unified diff of the paragraph addition:
