wow - what the hell happened to the formatting here?

disallow SNAPSHOTs entirely." - I'd love to know the actual workflow of this,
do you _never_ do an `mvn install`, which would put a -SNAPSHOT into your local
repository - and thus, be resolved.
This would great for the hangout discussion.
