Dropping down to one thread via -T1 (-T4 via .mvn/maven.config) allows mvn-339 to complete the work just fine, actually. Maybe this is a threading issue for license-m-p and mvn-325 actually just doesn't even go multithreaded because .mvn is not picked up....
