Hi Gary,
In my latest round of patches I've removed the public propety maven.announcement.file.
It is recommended to use the default value. The reason is that this file is now part
of the web site and we're relying on its name for other plugins to link to it.
That said, as I knew some persons were using this property I've still left the option
to override it.
I'm not too happy with this but I haven't found a better solution yet. Let me know if
you have some idea.
