There's been some patches/bug reports made to the Maven JBoss plugin.
There has been no action on some of these since May. See

The problem is that there is only one committer using JBoss, so if that
person is swamped nothing gets done. May I humbly suggest that this plugin
gets moved to maven-plugins.sf.net, to allow others to contribute? I am a
developer for the axis maven plugin and can probably make this happen if you
are agreeable.
This suggestion is being prompted because a couple of weeks ago I offered to
submit a revised patch for <http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPJBOSS-12>
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPJBOSS-12 and no committer had time to vet
the patch.
