Can you try (when possible) to create your tests in the touchstone-build : http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/maven/maven-1/core/trunk/src/test/touchstone-build/src/reactor-build/ It will help us to ensure that these issues never come back.
For example for the issue MAVEN-1691 I created a testcase : http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/maven/maven-1/core/trunk/src/test/touchstone-build/src/reactor-build/overlappedCalls/ When this issue will be fix, I'll activate it. What you need to do it's to automate your test to fail if the issue exists. Can you try to do it for example for MAVEN-1549 ?
