Subject: Maven on Nabble

Hi, Brett,
This is Will from the Nabble project. We emailed several times about
Nabble's mailing list archives for the Maven project. Thanks for using
Nabble. Nabble has received a lot of users from the Maven project.
I write to see if you might be interested in customizing the Nabble
Maven node to fit in with the Maven site?
Nabble is designed to be easily customizable. For example, take a look
at http://www.nabble.com/MusicBrainz-f2885.html - this is a Nabble
node skinned to exactly match the home site. Each child forum map to a
project mailing list, and a child inherits the parent's skin.
This setup means a more consistent experience for users. Your users
can easily access Maven site/navigation even when they are searching
and browsing in Nabble archive. The eGroupware project also uses
Nabble this way, see http://www.egroupware.org - the "Forum" tab in
navigation goes to a skinned Nabble node with many child forum/mailing
lists.
The skin job is easy to do (see
http://www.nabble.com/help/Answer.jtp?id=21). You can try it or I can
do it.
I think it will be cool to have the Maven node in Maven skin.
Regards,
Will
