o little script to swap in the versions, until the site plugin can do it, this
will do. i'm tired of changing N documents each release so
i'll update this script and it can be the basis for the configuration of a
new option in site plugin.
Some combination of this commit and r516959 have effectively broken
"mvn site". The ${project.version} expressions are in download.apt,
not just in the template.
The download page now has "links" like:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/maven/binaries/maven-$%7Bproject.version
I thought the idea was to use the script and template to generate
download.apt, and then check in the changes, but that's not what
happened here.
