OK I've put forward a patch for MCHANGES-88 - although its based on copying something that works (project info reports) rather than understanding what the correct way to handle reports being run individually. If I get a chance I'll try to look at the patches for the other three - and to see if I can help in any way - not sure when I might get round to that though.
