After some discussion on irc it seems we don't have a mechanism in place yet for a
straightforward release process that also complies with current Apache policies.
This vote is cancelled, I will start another attempt as soon as there is some
consensus on the actual requirements, and a well-defined procedure that allows me
to do a release without spending a whole day on it.
Cheers,

Hi,
We solved 27 (Doxia) and 3 (Sitetools) issues:

There are still a couple of issues left in JIRA:

Staging site:

Guide to testing staged releases:
http://maven.apache.org/guides/development/guide-testing-releases.html
Note 1: the most convenient way to test these (I think) is to use
site-plugin-2.1-SNAPSHOT and/or pdf-plugin-1.0-SNAPSHOT, which both use the
latest doxia snaps.
Note 2: I noticed after deploying the site that there was a wrong link to
the document xsd in the javadocs. I have corrected that in the release tag
and on trunk. This only affects the site docs, not the binary so I think it
should be ok.
