actually I was trying to apply/merging in the patch from WAGON-314 yesterday. 
But then all the stuff fall appart on the first touch!

So I ended up spending the whole afternoon (until 3 in the morning) to drop old 
stuff, upgrade test containers, etc only to get the tests running again. While 
doing this I found a lot issues with wagon-ftp which I need to resolve before I 
can move further to wagon-lightweight-http...
