OK. You should probably send out a Cancel notice for this vote and when
launching the take 4 (I think this will be take 4 but I could be wrong)
vote I recommend putting take 4 in the subject line as Gmail folded the
-044 staging repo into the same thread as -038 so it was harder for some
people to realize that there was a take 3 vote in play
