That one was quite annoying. Took me quite some time to figure out the
correct settings for Git (cmd and egit). I do not even know whether I
got them right now. Subversion made that way easier.
Stackoverflow was a good help here.
I have now this in place:
$ git config --global --get-regexp core.*
core.autocrlf true
core.eol native
core.safecrlf true
Has anyone a better cross-OS setting?
