HI, Looking a little deeper at your report it seems the report still needs some work: a) The report was copied form Doris b) the community growth section contains information about project development It would be best it this was rewritten/moved. c) It contains omissions about the renaming of the project (why is this being done?) and other things.
The report needs to accurately reflect the state of the project and the what is going on. If I was a mentor off this project I wouldn't sign it off and ask for more information to be added. I also very curious to why a new name wasn't chosen before starting incubation or this listed as an issue in the proposal. Renaming projects is not trivial and it best that it is only done once or not at all.
