Next time try and make the report a collaborative effort among the PPMC. That way it less likely that important things will get missed. The report is better thanks. I still think there are omissions that should be mentioned e.g. Slow startup, lack of conversation of the dev list and off list communication. If things are not discusses on the mailing list then your mentors can't help, if they are not put in IPMC reports then the Incubator can't help. In order to grow a community around you project all conversation needs to be in the open on the mailing list.
