Hi everyone, I've adapted the bylaws of projects such as Apache Kafka and Hadoop into a set of bylaws for MetaModel. Since we're still a pretty small community (my impression at least) I downsides some of the minimal amount of votes required in the 'actions' section though. Would love everyone's input on the bylaws - if anything is missing, incorrect, not how you'd like to see it or whatever might come up!
