Hi Guys, As we are picking up more community members I think we need to start tagging Jira’s with “complexity labels” and building up a pool of Jiras that newbies can work on. I wanted to open this up to the community to see how we wanted to handle that. What should these labels be and how many label types would we want [newbie/internmediate/advanced]? How do other Apache projects make it easy to onboard new community members?
