One thing we have to think about in incubation is our first release @apache. Only the organisation of Milagro in several different repos raises a policy question: Do we coordinate releases of all repos, or can repos make releases independently of each other as and when there's a reason?
Or perhaps both? Coordinate big releases, but then also allow individual releases. Or some hybrid variant on that? -- Nick Kew
