Me too:/ Sadly, I can tell you that Apache LDAP API had to rollback to 2.0.18 when 2.0.19 was released, because of some breakages. This is because we rollbacked the changes in 2.0.19, and the LDAP API have been modified to use those changes.
Anyway... Next time, we will be more cautious before releasing something !
+1 if we are not committing to support 2.0.X indefinitely.
