When I installed linux-wlan-ng by running apt-get install linux-wlan-ng, it
failed, does moblin support linux-wlan-ng? A general question, how does moblin
make other wireless adaptors work?

Thanks!

Hard to tell. The MA311 is (or was - some vendors change stuff behind a
name which makes it hard) a Prism2.5 USB device.

linux-wlan-ng might do the trick.
