We have converted images from liveusb to chroot file system and then from chroot file system to liveusb. The size of converted image is a little larger than its original one, since we installed some pkg from chroot environment, such as from 878M to 883M. The converted one can be booted and installed successfully.
Did you do something special which leads to the problematic image?
