Hi Shanyang1010 if you have Linux or Mac in theory the DD command should work pretty well to make the image no matter if your USB Flash/Pen Driver have more than 1Gb. If it doesn't work try the Intel Python Shell Programm (Image-Writer) to compile it in the USB Flash/Pen Drive I guess it will work for you. for more info go to the Moblin documentation there is the full guide.
