I'm not sure if I should open another thread for these ones.
Short update on the possibilities
1)
I tried to run/install it under qemu on xubuntu 9.04(jaunty).
However, while trying to run/install with the following command:
sudo qemu -hda moblin.img -m 256 -boot d -cdrom /dev/cdrom
there is an error:
..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC
and the installation stops.
Is it just a problem of xubuntu 9.04 or else? Should I go down with the
ubuntu version?
2) under the same xubuntu 9.04(jaunty) I tried to create a LiveCD using
the MIC2
whit the following command:
have you tried the image we publish?
You don't NEED to make your own image, the image we post works just fine
as USB *OR* CD image.
