Hi

I'm trying to use "hdparm" to spin down disk for saving power.
It works, but after a while the disk wakes up again (checked by "hdparm
-C /dev/sda").
I guess some processes access disk in the background periodically.
Does any one know why this happens or is there any tool can find
out which process is accessing disk?
