Just a small hint: be sure to check plexus-archiver and see if it's
possible to add .deb/.rpm archiver code there, so the deb/rpm plugins are
merely the glue between an archiving method and m2. They should be almost
as lightweight as the maven-jar-plugin (ideally, ofcourse ;))
