Before you can upload any libs, you'll have to make sure the license
for each lib allows distribution etc. CDDL, GPL, BSD, MPL, etc are all
fine but for example the Sun Binary License which covers many Sun
artifacts restricts uploading of some files directly into ibiblio.

For Sun BCL libs, we'll need to provide links to Sun.com etc in
pom.xml files so users can download and install those dependencies
themselves.

If you already know this and are certain that all libs are under CDDL
or a similar license, then you can safely ignore this email!
