-1 on the re-arrange due to a detail overlooked in the comparison to the mvn page. The Maven project doesn't have plugins which were contributed but not maintained (ie, sandboxed). Codehaus' list, if categorized, would turn into a matrix pretty quickly, where each plugin has a category and status. It needs to be abundantly clear when a plugin isn't actively maintained.
+1 if we don't categorize sandboxed plugins which do not have a release version.
