Historic Clover reports are not persisted with version 3.3 of the Clover plug-in

The Clover plug-in does not persist any data into the database.
My test case here is unfortunate to business specific to post here, but I have
attached some sql queries with results that shows the same project is reporting
fine with an older version on Clover.
