As it turns out, this plugin wants the solaris package to be the main artifact
(unlike the assembly plugin).
This appears to me (newbie to maven2 plugins) to be a problem since the
artifact name could be _either_ *.pkg.gz _or_ *.pkg, depending on whether the
package was gzipped.
So here is another patch which, instead of giving any option, always gzips the
resulting artifact.
