[mojo-dev] [VOTE] Release Mojo Parent POM 17 (take 2)

Hi,

now that we have the taglist-maven-plugin:2.2 in the parent POM, there is 
new hope that we can get version 17 of the Mojo parent released ;-)

The vote is open for 72 hours and will succeed by lazy consensus if no 
objections are reported but I hope all of the original supporters are still 
with this release.
