the build version appears in the module's jar file, is absent from the nbm file
and also from the update center xml file. I suppose that *if* the update center
file should contain the build version, it would take it from the nbm file.
And indeed when building with 3.0, the nbm file contains the build number and
so does the updatecenter xml file.
However none of the platform's own nbm files for 6.7/6.8 contain the build
number property in the nbm file, so they don't get the build number in the
update center xml file.
So it looks like a compatibility issue in the netbeans module system, not sure
how it would be fixable in the nbm plugin.
