I saw the dialog in a tip for using CHCP under Windows, but in my case for
Vista Home Pro trying chcp 65001 made it worse. In fact, Maven isn't showing
anything with that codepage.
It looks like the codepage attribute hasn't come until Windows 7 ?:-(
