The webstart-maven-plugin uses the {{org.apache.maven.plugin.jar.JarSignMojo}}
from the jar-plugin which looks for the {{jarsigner}} tool in
{{$JAVA_HOME/jre/../sh}}. Regarding to MJAR-104 this will not be fixed as the
signing capabilities of the jar plugin are deprecated and replaced by the
jarsigner plugin.
Please either fix MJAR-104 or provide the use of the jarsigner plugin from
within the webstart-maven-plugin.
