support preExecuteHookScript and postExecuteHookScript

This plugin received a couple of requests which want to adjust the sql-file
before executing, such as MSQL-52 or MSQL-56.
These issues were vendor-specific so it couldn't be resolved. By providing a
{{preExecuteHookScript}} and {{postExecuteHookScript}} users can do some custom
modifications.
The
[maven-invoker-plugin|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-invoker-plugin/examples/post-build-script.html]
supports such feature already.
