support ignore classes for specific dependencies

Sometime you may to accept duplicate classes from a specific dependency. For
instance: [commons-beanutils|http://commons.apache.org/beanutils/] has included
some {{commons-collections}}-classes, of which you might want to accept
duplicate classes, but not from other dependencies.
