Having to edit every child projects THIRD-PARTY.properties file can be somewhat
painful.
What would be useful is for either - aggregate to check to see if there is a
THIRD-PARTY.properties file in the parent, and use that if the child projects
one does not contain the required information.
Or even if during aggregation, it checks then for any licenses not picked up by
the children projects properties file, and uses its own to cover the rest.
Either way, being able to put something into a project with submodules
/src/licence/THIRD-PARTY.properties file that effects the
target\generated-sources\THIRD-PARTY.txt file would be pretty good.
