Note that trunk ({{3.7-SNAPSHOT}}) sources are actually organized into the
plugin itself plus an artifact which merely wraps the harness code. Probably
relevant parts of the {{org-netbeans-libs-nbi-*}} modules could be packed into
the harness artifact. The setup is a little tricky because
{{nbm-maven-harness}} cannot declare the NB {{<repository>}} - the enforcer
rules for Maven Central would reject an attempt to upload it.
