Thanks Przemyslaaw for leading and managing the 1.6 release!

Moreover, thanks for clarifying the difference between code-freeze and
release candidate.

Currently, log_softmax for Large Tensor would fail. It is fixed in this PR
by Hao - https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/16711
It would be great to have that cherry-picked.
