@Matze: Stan meant the URL that the jira page references (referenced).
@Stan: No, there is nothing yet at that url as long as this
sub-project is not built together with the main site.

Well, I changed the URL to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSR301 which does not make more
sense but might lead to less confusion by now.
