yes. That's what the jira generated release notes do.
Go to the mentioned "downloads" page:
http://myfaces.apache.org/trinidad/download.html

click on "Release notes can be found here"
(link is

and see the cool format.

I think that the jira generated content is good enough.

B/c of the cool format from JIRA this is not needed. Since we have
two main development lines (1.x.y) (where the x is the line), I think
the generated release notes are really enough.
