Unfortunately I found a problem: As soon as you define column widths (esp. for
the last column), the column widths of the table header are not synchronized
correctly with the ones of the table body (appears in IE7 and Firefox 3.6).
Moreover, it looks like the defined column widths are kind of ignored.
