Why remove ReleasableExternaContext interface? It is not a good idea to remove
something without a reason.
This interface allows a similar pattern as we have on FacesContextImpl (see
ServletExternalContextImpl.release method). I object this change, because let
the code does not harm and it exists from 1.1.x, and at this point there is no
logical argument why this stuff is bad or unnecessary.
