Session scoped cdi bean FlowScopeBeanHolder relies on existance of
ApplicationContextBean. However, when application is shutdown there is no
guarantee that application scoped bean is destroyed after session scoped bean.
Because ApplicationContextBean no longer exists, application server to throws
an exception:
