Summary: Validation error while selecting the last date of a month
in DDD date format.

In DDD format the we get the following validation error message when the end
date of the month is selected from the choose Date.
"Error: The date or time entered is not valid"
Steps-to-reproduce

1. Extract Application1.zip
2. Open Application1.jws in JDeveloper 11.1.1.7
3. Run untitled1.jspx
4. When you select any date except the end of that month and you click OK, it
