In the UK postcards are used mainly by people on holiday to show what a
nice place they have gone to on holiday and make their friends /
neighbours / people in the office jealous :-)

Typically 150mm x 105mm, although it varies. 'Post Codes' (British
English for the American 'Zip Codes') are (one or two letters)(one or
two digits) space (one number)(two letters) - I think those are all the
possible combinations, e.g.: N1 1AB; N10 2CC; LA2 8TV; EH10 5AA...

I've never heard it as a requirement, but it shouldn't be too hard to do
a user defined page size.
