Were cool, when project pages were translatable. We could have
translation file in projects www-directory and user could specify, in
which language he wants to see page elements (by default NL project
language(s), English as fallback or something).
These two-languages project tools pages look really ugly, but members
need the tools and we cannot make all static eg. list archives.
