I've followed the issue on MP list. This is what I think we have to organize : our working together in a secured way :) You won't send the link to each of us and we need to discuss together some of the message and the way we will adapt the material. Cristian is right saying it could ruin a campaign, however, release our ideas few hours before publishing them could help also. Jonathan didn't want to harm our project, he was just to enthusiastic and it's great too. So before organizing our external communication, let's organize our internal communication flow ;)
