Sayamindu (cc-ed) manages a Planet at http://planet-india.randomink.org, I guess given the feed URLs one can host it there without much issue. Someone needs to point planet.openoffice.org there :) Adding of feeds incrementally for newly discovered blogs ;) should not be too much of maintenance hassle.
