Oh as to adding Caio's point:

At the moment, CEE (what we use) doesn't support blogging. So, it would
have to be in Services. And having such a thing--a planet--is not a bad
idea there.
Could you ask Stefan if it's possible ? The idea is to have one per
project who ask for it. May be we should begin to list them ?
Well, I'm sure the next step is to make the NLC alive in Second Life ;-)
